Position Overview:

We are hiring a Lawn Care Technician/Driver who will be responsible for performing lawn maintenance services at residential and commercial properties -- including mowing, trimming, fertilization, and seasonal work. The technician must use their own insured vehicle to travel between job sites. All gas expenses related to work travel will be covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of lawn care services, including:

Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging

Fertilization and weed control applications Aeration, seeding, and overseeding Seasonal cleanups (spring, fall, leaf removal, bed cleanups) Drive to customer properties using your own vehicle. Safely load/unload and operate equipment. Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor with clients. Accurately record services completed through company systems. Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn mowing, lawn care, or landscaping (preferred but training available). Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time seasonal positions available. Flexible scheduling based on customer demand.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.23-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
