Key ResponsibilitiesDriver Management

Track, monitor, and improve delivery performance Review POD accuracy and enhance delivery quality Handle delays, refusals, misroutes, accidents, and other exceptions Lead training, scheduling, and performance evaluation for company and partner drivers Manage daily driver communication, attendance, and issue resolution Support last-mile delivery process execution Prepare operational reports (driver KPIs, fleet cost, delivery SLA, exception tracking, etc.)

Truck Dispatch

Plan pickup and delivery routes based on volume, SLA, and lane requirements Coordinate drivers, warehouse staff, and partners; dispatch trucks and monitor progress Adjust dispatch strategies and priorities based on business needs

Secondary Transfer Hub Operations

Manage exception parcels: staging, classification, recording, handling, and follow-up Oversee scanning, sorting, loading, and checking processes to ensure accuracy Coordinate staff, drivers, and vehicle timing to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

Fluent in both Chinese and English Experience in logistics, courier, dispatch, or last-mile delivery preferred Familiarity with GTA routes and local delivery operations is an asset Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
