We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles and equipment. Owning VAN or SUV is Important

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. Assist in the operation of heavy equipment when necessary, including forklifts for loading/unloading. Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Ability to handle freight efficiently, including lifting heavy items when necessary. Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided. Basic knowledge of automotive repair is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
