About Us
Alpenglow Site Services Ltd. is a growing local business providing portable toilet and temporary fencing services across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver. We're a small, friendly team with a "get it done" attitude, and we're looking for hardworking individuals to help support our expansion.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Driver / Fence Installer to support the delivery, setup, and pickup of temporary construction fencing. This role includes hands-on labor, safe vehicle operation, and customer interaction. Occasional support with portable toilet deliveries/pickups for large events may be required. This is a flexible part-time position--typically 2-3 days per week, with on-call work depending on seasonal demand. We're open to adjusting the schedule for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver, install, and remove temporary fencing at construction and event sites
Safely load/unload trucks and trailers
Apply signage to fence panels as needed
Assist with shop and yard work: panel painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
Support portable toilet team for larger jobs
Take accurate site photos and follow routing instructions via app
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers
Enforce Alpenglow safety policies and site procedures
Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed
Requirements
Physically fit (able to lift up to 100 lbs)
Minimum 5-year driving history with a
clean driver's abstract
Valid BC driver's license
(Class 5 minimum) Experience towing a trailer Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, routing app, and photo documentation Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Self-motivated and comfortable working alone or with minimal supervision Safety-focused and familiar with construction environments 1-2 years of commercial or construction driving experience preferred Knowledge of fencing or portable toilet service industry is an asset Willing to work occasional extended hours or weekends depending on demandAdditional Details

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
