About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and punctual Driver & Construction Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves transporting tradespeople from Guelph to our Stratford construction site each morning and returning them in the evening. During the day, you'll assist on-site with unskilled labour tasks and light administrative duties.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction field while also developing workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive at the Stratford construction site by 7:00 AM (coming from Guelph)
Drive tradespeople to and from the Stratford job site (Company vehicle provided)
Perform general labour tasks on-site (e.g., site cleanup, moving materials)
Assist with basic administrative duties (e.g., delivery tracking, documentation support)
Ensure safe and timely transport of crew members
Maintain cleanliness and care of company vehicle

Requirements:

Must have a valid Class G driver's licence
Must arrange own transportation to and from the Guelph pickup location
Available to work Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off
Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic
No prior construction experience required - we'll train you
Ability to perform physical tasks in an outdoor environment
