JOB SUMMARY: The Delivery Driver-Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of bulk and packaged products predetermined customers throughout the designated territory as well as being responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the warehouse, products and equipment. The Driver-Warehouseman will have to review orders by priority of deliveries, load and unload trucks, assuring inventory levels and provide an exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for a team member who will represents the Company in a professional manner. ACTIVITIES: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for delivery of bulk and packaged products in a safe and efficient manner; \xc2\xb7 Acts as an extension to our Customer Service department in the field; \xc2\xb7 Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied; \xc2\xb7 Ensures customer goodwill and satisfaction; \xc2\xb7 Ensures delivery of product is on time and meets customer expectations; \xc2\xb7 Ensures company policy and legal requirements are followed in the delivery of product; \xc2\xb7 Assists in the responsible management of company assets, specifically trucks, totes, etc; \xc2\xb7 Responsible for proper and safe loading of the assigned truck and unloading of product; \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the delivery truck; as well as the forklift; \xc2\xb7 Represents and promotes the company in a competent and professional manner; \xc2\xb7 Understands and complies with Company Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures; \xc2\xb7 All other duties as assigned.
