BC Rentals, BC's longest established and most respected equipment rental, sales and service provider, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Class 3 Driver to join our team of industry professionals.

The majority of time will involve driving a tandem axle rollback equipment carrier or smaller commercial vehicles as required.

Primary duties include delivery and retrieval of a wide range of industrial, construction and aerial equipment throughout the Lower Mainland.

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and possess demonstrable experience and knowledge in the following areas:

Operation of a tandem axle truck with manual transmission and air brakes ideally within the equipment rental, sales or related industries Operation of a wide range of mobile and aerial equipment Mechanical aptitude or skills Excellent geographical knowledge of lower mainland Safe driving record Team Player Self-motivated Smart appearance and physically fit
Possession of a Class 1 license together with experience of operating a semi-truck and trailer combination would be an asset to provide for vacation cover/absence of Company Class 1 drivers at which point Class 1 driver rate would apply.

Excellent remuneration and benefits package with overtime available and no overnights. Pay rate at $36.45/hour. Normal hours of operation are 7:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
