Must follow
Port of Vancouver safety protocols
and terminal-specific rules at all times
Adhere to all
Transport Canada regulations

Ensure containers are properly
locked and secured
before departure
Be alert to
pedestrian and heavy equipment hazards
in terminals
Always wear
required PPE
(high-vis vest, safety boots, hard hat where applicable)
Maintain a
defensive driving approach
in and around high-traffic port zones
Comply with
emission reduction procedures
, including no idling zones
Job Requirements:
Valid Class 1 Driver's License
Must have a valid Port Pass
with access to all major Vancouver ports
Clean Driver's Abstract
Recent
N Abstract (within last 30 days)
Criminal background check required
Minimum 1 year
of verifiable Class 1 experience preferred
Knowledge of
container chassis and intermodal logistics
is a strong asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Wage & Benefits:
Starting wage:
$32.65 - $35.00/hour
