FreshPoint operations span more than 30+ distribution centers in the US and Canada. We target regional and national foodservice customers in such markets as catering, healthcare, hospitality, restaurants, and schools. ABOUT THE ROLE

Purpose

We are looking for a Local Delivery Driver to join our team in Vancouver.


The delivery driver is required to safely and efficiently operate the company van and deliver produce to customers in the lower mainland.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers Provide excellent customer service to customers to ensure customer satisfaction Frequent hand bombing up to 50lbs Other duties as assigned

Skills

Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.

Certifications

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Commercial Driving 2+ years of experience

Physical Demands

Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, and reach frequently. Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Travel Requirements

0-25%

Schedule

Monday to Friday 08:00 a.m. - 04:30 p.m.

Weekends as needed
