The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting materials to job sites, maintaining delivery accuracy, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a heavy-duty truck for daily deliveries.
Load, secure, transport, and unload steel beams, posts, and other materials.
Follow scheduled delivery routes and maintain accurate delivery logs.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and traffic regulations.
Requirements
Minimum
25 years old
(insurance requirement).
Valid
G Driver's License
with a clean Driver's Abstract.
Experience driving
; certification considered an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
