Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Assist with meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly stored. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages as needed. Uphold high standards of quality control for all food items served.

Skills

Strong experience in serving and customer service within a restaurant setting. Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Previous kitchen experience is highly desirable, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
