Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting with food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage time effectively while performing various tasks efficiently.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including parking areas and surrounding spaces. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Sanitate work areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in cashiering or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
