The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in assisting our advisors provide the best service available to our customers. If you have what it takes to provide the Best Experience for our clients and want to join an amazing team we want to hear from you.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

.Greet customers in a professional manner and with a friendly tone Manage rental vehicle check in and check out Provide valet service for our customers when required Perform quality checks on customer vehicles when repairs are complete Assist advisors when needed (phone calls, scanning, emails, run parts ect..) Dress customer vehicles and park for tech before entering the shop Handle incoming calls to help with customer appointments and also outgoing calls Bring a positive attitude to the team

Requirements:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability
Excellent communication skills (phone, email and in person)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time well and manage stress well enough to keep a high level of customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, collaborating with team members to achieve common goals
Ability to be proactive while also being able to be a very passive support player when the situation demands it

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
