We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact between our dealership and prospective customers, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales department to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing leads, previous customers, and unsold prospects.
Schedule sales appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle availability, and dealership promotions.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and excellent customer experience.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions and promote the dealership's offerings.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls, appointments, and customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing online reviews, social media messages.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or automotive role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software, email, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team oriented.
