A&A Environmental Drilling Inc. is looking for a dedicated and proactive drilling assistant to support our highly trained and service-oriented drilling professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mechanical knowledge and practical skills, contributing to the efficiency of our projects. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations within our organization

Applicants must have a clean drivers abstract and complete a mandatory criminal background check. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, flexible and possess the highest customer service standards.

Training will be provided, but preference will be given to those with related experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the setup and operation of equipment & assist driller at the work site.
• Collaborate with team members to build and maintain equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all operational activities.
• Loading equipment and driving service trucks to various drilling sites throughout Southern Ontario (Clean driving abstract required. D-Licence not necessary but an asset).
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to mechanical operations and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
• Provide assistance in commercial driving tasks as needed

Applicants must:

• Be comfortable working outside in all types of weather.
• Be capable of lifting +30kgs.
• Be able to periodically work out of town, weekends or nights. - (applicable compensation provided)

Pay: $22.14-$30.00 per hour
