Job Summary
We are seeking a new candidate to join our team at an entry level position in in the water well, environmental, and geotechnical drilling industry. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, reliable, and have good mechanical aptitude. No previous experience in the drilling is required, but an air brake license is (this ticket can be acquired in a single weekend).
The work is outdoor in all weather, can be heavy physical labour at times, and involves driving large trucks, operating forklifts, skidsteers, and folding boom crane trucks. All training is provided on the job.
Some out of town work, but mostly local Vancouver island projects. Hours of work can be up to 12.
Wages increase with experience and tickets/qualifications (we will put the successful candidate through a folding boom crane ticket program, and help them get their class 3 license, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
