We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in construction, with a focus on horizontal drilling operations. As a Driller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of drilling projects, utilizing various equipment and techniques to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment to perform drilling operations safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-operation inspections of drilling equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Monitor drilling parameters and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance. Collaborate with other crew members to execute drilling plans and resolve any issues that may arise during operations. Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, time, and materials used. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Assist in the transportation of equipment and materials using forklifts or commercial vehicles as needed.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating drilling rigs or similar machinery. Background in construction, is highly desirable. Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is a plus. Valid forklift certification preferred; commercial driving experience is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Commitment to safety standards and practices in all aspects of work.
