Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated RC Drillers to join our team. We are a family owned drilling contractor based out of Timmins, ON with various projects throughout the province. This position is fly in / Fly out with competitive wages and benefits package. This role involves operating drilling equipment and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling projects.

Duties

Operate RC drilling rigs and associated equipment for various projects. Monitor drilling parameters and make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance. Conduct routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling operations safely and effectively. Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, pressure, and other relevant data. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Assist in the training of new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in operating RC drilling rigs or similar equipment. 3-5 years experience in Reverse Circulation exploration or grade control drilling. Valid drivers license with clean abstract
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.50-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 84 per week
