Responsibilities:
- Operate power tools to manufacture custom closet components.
- Crafts and assemble components according to specifications and design plans with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking is a plus.
- Experience in wood manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery.
