This team of professionals utilizes industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk. As a member of the team you\xe2\x80\x99ll form part of an effective system of internal controls that provide credibility and integrity over the lottery and ensure compliance is maintained. Please note that this is a part-time role averaging 6-9 hours (EST) a week for a 1 year contract.MNP is proudly Canadian.   • Virtually participate and observe evening lottery draws for a National Lottery supplier of draw-based games
  • Witness the entire process of draw preparation, execution and communication to Regional Lotteries to observe client procedures
  • Work alongside the client drawing personnel to oversee accurate completion of draws and communication of draw results
  • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
  • Be available to work remotely, 2-3 evenings per week, for approximately 2-2.5 hour shifts starting at 22:30 (EST), including rotational weekend
Skills and Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative or professional experience is an asset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to operate under time pressures
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, while being punctual and professional for each shift
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and risk management frameworks is considered an asset
