Job Summary:

The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications from engineers, architects, or designers. This role requires precision, creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency with CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, or project managers to understand project requirements.

Revise drawings based on feedback and updates.

Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and local regulations.

Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.

Assist in site measurements and field visits when necessary.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Draftsman or in a similar role, preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD

Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and construction methods.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., mechanical, civil, architectural, structural, agricultural, etc.].

Ability to interpret engineering or architectural sketches and specifications.

Autodesk experience an asset
