Urban Dirtworks Inc., is a well-established construction company operating out of

Sylvan Lake, Alberta with most of our work based in and around central Alberta. We offer competitive wages and a friendly working environment. We are currently looking for an experienced

Dozer Operator.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Operate dozer equipment to move earth, grade sites, and support pipeline installation for water and sewer and earthworks.

Safely maneuver equipment in varying terrain and weather conditions.

Coordinate with site supervisors and other operators to ensure project milestones are met.

Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.

Working in and around other machines and workers.

Understanding of survey and locate markings.

Greasing, cleaning and refilling and overall maintenance of equipment.

Ensure all work is conducted in a safe and responsible manner.

Willing to assist ground crew when machine is not in use.

Qualifications

Class 5 valid Driver's License

3+ years of experience

Proven experience operating dozers in a construction environment.

Familiarity with technical plans and grade stakes.

Safety conscious mindset and a commitment to following all site protocols

Attention to detail and a team player

Ground Disturbance Level 2, First Aid, H2S and CSTS an asset but will provide training.

Experience with GPS equipped machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.10-$41.52 per hour
