We're looking for a

seasoned Dozer Operator

to bring skill, precision, and horsepower to our fast-moving projects across Alberta. This isn't your first rodeo -- you know your machines, your dirt, and how to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Your Daily Grind (Literally):

Operate dozers to push, level, rip, and grade earth and aggregates Construct roads, pads, slopes, and ditches with accuracy and efficiency Perform routine machine inspections, maintenance checks, and report any issues Read and follow grade stakes, blueprints, or GPS if required Work closely with site supervisors, surveyors, and fellow operators to keep production smooth and safe

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

Minimum 3 years' experience

on a dozer in heavy civil or earthworks environments Experience in

slope work, finish grading, and trench backfill

CSTS/WHMIS certification (or willing to obtain) Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation A commitment to safety, a strong work ethic, and ideally, a decent taste in coffee

Schedule:

10-12 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week
