We're Hiring: Dozer Operator

Precise. Experienced. Ready to shape the land?
We're looking for a skilled Dozer Operator to join our excavation team. You'll take on grading, site prep, and earthmoving tasks across residential, commercial, and municipal projects--always with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

What You'll Do:

Operate dozers to cut, grade, and level terrain Perform pre- and post-operation inspections Read and follow grade stakes, site plans, and drawings Work with foremen and crew to meet project goals Adjust blade use to match ground and site conditions Operate safely near utilities and in tight or variable terrain Report mechanical issues and complete basic maintenance checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

What We're Looking For:

Proven dozer operating experience in construction or excavation Strong grading abilities within tight tolerances Knowledge of GPS or laser-guided systems (asset) Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Reliable, detail-focused, and safety-driven Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Safety certifications (Ground Disturbance, CSTS, First Aid) are assets
