We're looking for a skilled Dozer Operator to join our excavation team. This role involves operating dozers to complete grading, site prep, and earthmoving tasks across residential, commercial, and municipal projects. What You'll Be Doing

Operate dozers to cut, grade, and level terrain to meet project specs Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order Read and interpret grade stakes, drawings, and site plans Work closely with foremen and ground crew to complete daily objectives Monitor terrain conditions and adjust blade use accordingly Ensure safe operation in tight quarters, near utilities, and on variable ground conditions Conduct routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized site
What We're Looking For

Proven experience operating dozers on construction or excavation sites Ability to grade efficiently to within tight tolerances Knowledge of GPS or laser-guided systems (asset) Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Safety tickets such as Ground Disturbance, CSTS, and First Aid are considered assets

Pay: $26.91-$41.37 per hour
