Responsibilities:



Represent Rogers with professionalism and integrity in door-to-door customer interactions Promote and sell Rogers products and services to residential customers Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Work closely with team leaders and managers to continuously improve skills and performance

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Must be available Monday to Friday (11:30 AM start time at the office) Sales experience is an asset but not required - we provide full training

Compensation:



Base pay + commission Average representatives earn competitive weekly pay with potential for higher income based on performance

Duties



Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and account management. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets. Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities within the community. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth. Leverage technology sales knowledge to educate customers on product features and benefits. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technical sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable. Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques that drive product awareness. Proficient in technology sales, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish are encouraged to apply, as this is a valuable asset in reaching diverse customer bases.
