We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers directly at their homes, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers.
Build rapport and establish trust with clients through effective communication.
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Perform outbound calling and warm calling to follow up with leads.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or Door-to-door sales is preferred.
Familiarity with telemarketing practices and inside sales techniques.
Proficient in using Jobber or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. (French is preferred but not required)
Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing strategies.
Experience with outbound calling practices is a plus.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
