What you'll do
Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, presenting our products and services with energy and enthusiasm.
Utilize negotiation techniques to address customer needs and overcome objections effectively.
Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to follow up on leads generated from your door-to-door efforts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software, ensuring all data is up-to-date for future reference.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance outreach efforts and increase brand awareness in the community.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory.
Basic qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales environments is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus.
Preferred qualifications
Background in technology sales or marketing is advantageous.
