Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor access points, manage visitor entry, and ensure a secure environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only 19+ enter Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Collaborate with law enforcement and security personnel in case of emergencies or incidents. Respond promptly to alarms or security breaches, following established protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
