We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our guests and premises. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor access points, assist guests, and ensure a secure environment for all.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter. Greet guests and provide assistance as needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Respond promptly to incidents, following established protocols to ensure safety. Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
