```Job Summary```
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Bouncer to join our team. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons. Your main duties will include monitoring the premises, checking IDs, and handling any disturbances or conflicts that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong surveillance skills, and knowledge of loss prevention techniques.

```Responsibilities```
- Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of all patrons
- Check IDs and verify the age and identification of individuals entering the establishment
- Handle any disturbances or conflicts that may occur in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain order and enforce venue policies and regulations
- Escort unruly individuals off the premises when necessary
- Collaborate with manager on shift to coordinate efforts and ensure effective coverage
- Communicate with management and staff regarding any security concerns or incidents

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Bouncer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to handle physical altercations if necessary
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and safety, must have Protect and Proserve or willing to obtain
