We are seeking an experienced and polished Lifestyle Front Desk Concierge with a background in luxury hospitality or high-end residential service. This individual will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing personalized assistance, managing daily front desk operations, and ensuring an exceptional level of service and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Handle resident inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-up and satisfaction
Assist clients with reservations and bookings for restaurants, transportation, events, and other accommodations
Coordinate resident services such as housekeeping, dry cleaning, maintenance requests, and deliveries
Maintain a polished and organized front desk and lobby environment at all times
Receive and manage packages, deliveries, and vendor access in accordance with building policies
Monitor building entry and security procedures to ensure resident safety and privacy
Communicate effectively with management, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and resident records (service requests, visitor check-ins, etc.)
Support administrative needs of the management team as required

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk, concierge, or guest services within a luxury hotel, condominium, or private residence
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
Proven ability to provide discreet, high-level service to residents and guests
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
