Responsibilities
Represent Rogers with professionalism during door-to-door customer interactions
Promote and sell Rogers products and services to residential customers
Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Work closely with leaders and managers to improve skills and performance
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available Monday to Friday (11:30 AM office start time)
Sales experience is an asset, but not required - full training is provided
Compensation
Base pay + commission
Competitive weekly earnings, with higher income potential based on performance

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $5,285.97-$14,886.85 per month
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
