Door To Door Sales Representative

Job Description
On-field Sales Agent.We are looking to start an on-field sales team. The job does require operating a drone. Details of this can be discussed during an interview.Job Duties:
- Go to assigned streets or accompany our service technician.
- Notice roof damages and inform home owners or while we are servicing a client, approach neighbors and offer them our roofing services or attic insulation services as mentioned by your team members.
- Offer free drone inspections for roof or attic inspections for insulation and close sales based on results.
- For homeowners unable to answer the door, leave a notice on the door
- Extensive Sales experience and ability to meet sales goals
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Flexible shifts
- Available on weekends
- Own Transportation
- Drone experience is an asset
- $100 guaranteed salary per day (minimum 4 hour shift)
- 20% commission on all roof repairs
- $200 for every full roof replacement lead that turns into a sale by senior sales manager
- $200 for every attic insulation lead that turns into a sale by senior sales manager
- Weekly and monthly bonuses based on performance
Part-time hours: 20-40 per weekSalary: $260.00-$400.00 per dayFlexible Language Requirement:
