Door Staff/bouncer/security For Bars & Night Clubs

Job Description
Ambassador Security Ltd is looking for experienced, qualified candidates in the bar and night club industry, along with skills in conflict management, and customer service. The positions are causal and part-time shifts throughout Windsor and Essex County. These positions are primarily for Friday and Saturday evenings. Individuals applying for the positions:
- Must have working experience in bar/night club industry;
- Have their current and valid Ontario Security Guard licence;
- Able to stand & move about for duration of shifts;
- Strong communication & observational skills; and
- Work well in a team environment.
- ID checks;
- Identify & enforce crowd management;
- Removing people from premises;
- Maintaining a safe & secure environment;
- Provide emergency assistance as needed; and
- General door staff/bouncer bar/night club duties as required.
- Flexible schedule
- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Overtime pay
- Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Door staff/bouncer in bar/night club: 1 year (required)
