Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cabinet Sander and a Paint Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for prepping/sanding doors and parts for finishing while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. These Sanding & Paint Associates will also collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Operate hand tools to apply paint and finishes accurately. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and pushing heavy carts is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.

Pay: $17.00-$23.59 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
