Responsibilities You'll Take On:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team to meet quality and delivery goals. Monitor workflow and adjust resources to ensure efficient operations. Train, mentor, and support production staff to build a high-performing team. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the production floor. Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, and material usage. Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to resolve production issues promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Minimum Qualifications We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience

in a manufacturing or production supervisory role, preferably in the window and door industry or related trades. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations. Proficiency with production management systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office). Commitment to quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
