Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Door Fabricator Assembler / Machining to join our team. As a fabricator, you will be responsible for preparing raw material into parts for the door assembly, assembling, and machining the doors. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand and power tools. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

Read and interpret schematics, and technical drawings Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping Tests and calibrates parts to meet tolerances and product specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate and assemble components Assemble doors and operate hot press. Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet specifications Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment Solid verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills & Knowledge of door components Required to stand for long periods of time May involve some repetitive motions - bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task Read and understand bill of materials Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to avoid having any disruptions in production
