As a Closing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during the evening hours. You will lead a dynamic team, overseeing all aspects of restaurant management from food preparation to customer service. What you'll do



Supervise and manage closing operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and adherence to safety standards. Train and develop staff on best practices in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste to maintain budgetary goals. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff members. Conduct interviews for new hires, ensuring the selection of candidates who align with our values and standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Participate in all aspects of business operations including, order taking, payment processing, dough stretching, pizza making, prep, routing deliveries, oven tending, addressing customer issues, cleaning tasks.

Experience


To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry. Strong background in food service management with knowledge of culinary techniques and food production. Familiarity with quick service or fast food environments as well as fine dining experiences is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in team management, including training & development of staff members. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence. Experience with budgeting and financial oversight within a restaurant setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance at all times. Compensation



$17.50 - $22 depending on experience and training Tips Health Insurance available after probationary period Discounted or free food
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
