Dog Walker For Ne/nw Communities

Job Description
We are looking for an
experienced and passionate dog walker
for an existing dog walking route in NW/NE communities of Calgary, this isdaily dog walking Monday-Friday
with walks occurring between 9AM - 4PM, occasional evening and weekends needed.Must have prior experience
and a good understanding of leash handling and common behaviours, hands on training will be provided with each existing client.You must have your own reliable vehicle as this is a busy route that requires you to drive between client homes to fit them all within their arrival windows.
No transportation of dogs required.Responsibilities
Take dogs on 30-45 minute private one-on-one, or multiple dogs from the same household Pick-up after the dogs and dispose in appropriate receptacles Use only force-free handling and positive reinforcement protocols to assist dogs with behaviours during walks, ie barking at other dogs, leash pulling, etc. Communicate effectively and complete written report cards after every walk Provide exceptional customer service by being punctual, professional, and caring in all interactions with clients and their pets
