Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Growth

Drive local lead generation

- Build partnerships, implement guerrilla marketing, and maximize digital ad performance on search engines and social media.

Act as a business promoter

- Network, attend events, and

generate buzz

for Dogtopia.

Engage & convert leads

- Respond quickly to inquiries and turn them into scheduled Meet & Greets.

Showcase the experience

- Conduct tours and Meet & Greets, emphasizing the benefits of regular daycare.

Close the deal

- Convert Meet & Greets into enrollments while upselling spa treatments and additional services.
Customer Engagement & Retention

Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community

- Create

fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives.

Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value

- Build strong parent relationships and

enhance their experience

with additional services.

Train the front desk team

- Ensure staff is

fully equipped

with best practices for sales and customer service.

Follow up & build loyalty

- Communicate consistently with pet parents, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing the value of Dogtopia enrollments.
Sales & Performance Goals

Hit sales targets

- Track conversions from leads to Meet & Greets to enrollments(sales).

Elevate customer satisfaction ratings

- Work closely with daycare management to

exceed expectations

Enhance parent appreciation

- Ensure parents feel valued, increasing retention and referrals.
