We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Facility Employee to join our team. This role is essential in providing a safe, clean, and engaging environment for dogs in our care. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with the daily operations of our facility.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding, walking, and exercising them. Maintain cleanliness of the facility by performing regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting areas. Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns to management. Assist customers with inquiries regarding services and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Engage with dogs during playtime and socialization activities to promote their well-being. Handle heavy lifting as needed for moving supplies or equipment within the facility. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both dogs and staff.

Experience

Previous experience working with animals is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential. Excellent customer service skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physical activities throughout the day is required. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and provide updates on dog care.
