Dog Day / Overnight Care Attendant

Job Description

We are currently looking for Part-Time including weekends; self-motivated, mature, energetic, hard working people who love dogs! The ideal candidate is someone who is physically active, able to multitask, have a positive attitude and work well with a team . Minimum 1 year experience with dogs is required, you will be expected to learn many different breeds, play styles, group dynamics, body language and dog behaviour. We offer a fun and team oriented fast pace environment with opportunity for you to grow. This position is ideal for a confident and naturally calm and assertive person.

Confidence and knowledge about dogs is a must in order to be considered for this position. Candidates must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities:



Managing approximately 20-50 dogs in a team setting Reading dog body language is a must Maintain safety at all times in the outdoor yards and play areas Cleaning/sanitizing Overnight Care as needed

Schedule:



8 -12 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday days vary Weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour
