The Pawsh Dog is seeking individuals who are interested in pursuing a long term career in pet grooming.

Each apprentice will be paired with a senior stylist to help with tasks including:

studying written and video materials completing written and hands on skills assessments cleaning laundry equipment maintenance bathing dogs drying dogs nail trimming and foot care brushing and combing dogs thoroughly removing wood ticks
As the apprentice's skills develop they will be trained further in skills including

clipping dog hair with clippers trimming dog hair with scissors executing both pet and breed specific styles
The ideal candidate is someone willing to work and study for approximately two years while they learn the theory and technique of becoming a fully trainer dog groomer.

Available for shifts between 7:00 AM - 7:00PM Monday to Sunday. 25-40 hours per week.

Be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40Ibs
