Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Manager to oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of all documentation within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively across departments. The Documentation Manager will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and controlling all company documentation related to regulatory compliance, product certification, and quality management. This role ensures that all documents meet internal standards as well as external regulatory and customer requirements. The Documentation Manager will work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure proper control, distribution, and archiving of all documentation.

Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and maintain the company's

document control system

in compliance with ISO 9001, AS9120, and aviation regulatory requirements. Manage the

creation, review, approval, distribution, and revision control

of technical, quality, and regulatory documentation. Ensure

compliance with EASA, FAA, and TCCA requirements

, as well as with aerospace standards such as ED-112 and DO-160. Maintain

traceability and version control

for all controlled documents, drawings, procedures, and manuals. Support internal and external

audits

, ensuring all required documents are available, current, and properly archived. Work closely with engineering and quality teams to prepare and maintain

certification and compliance documentation

. Provide training and guidance to staff on document management procedures and standards. Monitor regulatory and quality management updates to ensure documentation processes remain compliant with evolving requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding

document submissions and compliance records

Qualifications & Knowledge



Strong familiarity with aviation and aerospace standards, including:

EUROCAE ED-112

RTCA DO-160

EASA, FAA, and TCCA

regulatory frameworks Good understanding of

ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

Preferable knowledge of

AS9120 (Aerospace Quality Management System for Distributors)

Awareness of

AS9100

or other aerospace QMS standards is an asset

Demonstrated capability to

learn quickly

and adapt to evolving standards and requirements Proficiency with

(e.g., SharePoint, Excel, or equivalent) Strong organizational skills with the ability to

prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


Experience



Prior experience in

aviation, aerospace, or another highly regulated industry

preferred Experience in preparing, reviewing, and controlling

compliance, certification, or quality documentation

Familiarity with

audit support and regulatory submissions

Ability to work

independently and collaboratively

within a small, dynamic team Strong sense of

accountability, integrity, and confidentiality

in handling controlled documents
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
