We're hiring a Documentation Manager in Mississauga to help manage and prepare immigration files with precision and professionalism. You'll work closely with our documentation team in Canada and overseas to ensure every application meets the highest standards and aligns with Canadian immigration laws.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of case workers handling immigration applications. Assign and monitor workloads to ensure efficient case processing and client satisfaction. Review application files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Train and mentor team members on best practices and policy updates. Handle escalated client concerns and provide expert guidance on complex cases. Collaborate with immigration consultants to align strategies and improve service quality. Stay current with changes in Canadian immigration laws and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration services Deep understanding of Canadian immigration processes and documentation requirements. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems. High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
