KGraph is a leading immigration firm with offices in Canada (Toronto, Mississauga, Kitchener) and India (Kochi and Kottayam). We specialize in providing comprehensive services for individuals aspiring to study, work, or settle in Canada. With a global clientele, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and expert guidance throughout the immigration process. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Canadian Documentation Assitance to join our team.

• Review and verify all documents submitted by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize documentation for various immigration applications, including Permanent Residency, Visors visa, and Work permit
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all client documentation and application statuses.
• Communicate with clients to request additional information or documents as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the immigration consultants and assist with the preparation of application packages.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a documentation or administrative role, preferably in the immigration or legal field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $19.00-$24.00 per hourExpected hours: 70 - 82 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:
