DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW FIRM



HOURS OF WORK: 8:30AM - 4PM, FULL-TIME



RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:



Read, print, sort and prioritize all incoming e-mails and corresponding attachments;

Sort correspondence for filing;

Locate and remove files as requested;

Generate file labels according to retention and disposal schedules;

Generate form letters, type letters and email reporting letters;

Clerical duties include and not limited to: typing, photocopying, scanning, faxing;

Handle heavy loads -filing;

Any other duties that may be assigned

SKILL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:



Essential English reading and writing text;

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

Attention to detail;

Organizing and planning workload;

Significant use of memory;

Willingness to learn;

Work independently and as a team;

Completion of high school;

Ability to use a computer, computer programs including all aspects of Windows, Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel;

Ability to use all business office machines including scanners, facsimile machines, photocopies etc.;

Physically demanding job
