Act as a SharePoint site owner: manage permissions, structure, and content updates.

Ensure consistency and quality across all documentation using
Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Provide general support and training to team members on Microsoft 365 tools as needed.
Additional general administrative duties as required.
Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially:

Power Automate and Power Apps
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with document control or quality systems.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles in app or form design.
Previous experience in a regulated or multi-site environment.
