Do you want to be a part of driving the transition?Our Aker Solutions team in St. John's, NL, is now looking for a Document Controller to support internal customers in the creation, maintenance, revision, distribution, and storage of documents, ensuring compliance within projects, as well as with corporate processes.What will you be doing?Receiving, tracking and monitoring drawings and documentation.Inputting information into document management system.Responding to internal and external information requests on a timely basis.Checking quality and accuracy of documents, as requiredWe think you should have:

• Proficient use skills of Microsoft Office
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business/Office Management, Records Management or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Effective Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Abilty to work with others both as a team and independently
• Exceptional organizational skills
